Mr. Li Xiang has been deeply involved in the M&A and valuation industry for a long time. He has led and participated in a series of M&A and restructuring projects, including the listing of CSR Times Hong Kong Stock, overseas mergers and acquisitions of Skyworth Electronics, overseas mergers and acquisitions of Pioneer New Materials, overseas mergers and acquisitions of Boteng Pharmaceutical, overseas mergers and acquisitions of Huasi Group, overseas mergers and acquisitions of Tianshan Biotechnology, Tianqi Lithium's acquisition of SQM in Chile, and Qumei Home's acquisition of Ekornes ASA, a Norwegian listed company.
