Fu Xiaohua, a 2021 cohort student majored in International Business (Finance Direction) of the Business School, completed her 5-month (20-week) enterprise internship at Deep Dive Co., Ltd. During the internship, Fu Xiaohua performed well and was highly recognized by the corporate mentor Zhou Limiao and colleagues in her department. The corporate awarded Fu Xiaohua the honorary title of "23-24 annual Outstanding Intern" and wrote a letter of commendation for her.

As a financial intern, Fu Xiaohua was required to regularly update and process data, check accounts, prepare financial statements, assist in auditing and manage documents. At the same time, she was also responsible for meeting minutes of regular financial meetings. In the early stage of the internship, Fu Xiaohua actively learned to operate financial software and prepare financial statements. In the middle stage of the internship, she was solely responsible for the account processing of three subsidiaries of the company. In the later stage of the internship, she actively cooperated with the company's internal and external annual audit and fixed assets inventory. Fu Xiaohua said that during the internship, she got to know almost all the business of the financial department, and became familiar with the whole process, which trained her data processing ability and coordination ability.

During Dr. Jack Woo’s visit to Deep Dive Co., Ltd, Ms. Zhou Limiao said that Fu Xiaohua's advantages are carefulness and strong learning ability. Ms. Zhou Limiao also emphasized that the most important thing in financial work is to be logical, we need to clarify the articulation between data, be careful and orderly while handling data. Fu Xiaohua said that through this internship, students can apply theoretical knowledge to practice, exercise practical ability. Also, studentas will  have a clearer understanding of their career planning.
