On 2023 October 10, the Business School held a three-day training course for 2021 cohort students who are about to participate in corporate internships. Corporate internship is a talent training mode of "business and learning integration", an important measure to improve and achieve talent training goals, and an important link to cultivate students' professional quality and improve professional ability. As the main component of practical teaching, corporate internship can help students master vocational and professional skills proficiently, further improve professional quality, strengthen employability, and lay a solid foundation for future employment.

At the opening ceremony of the corporate internship training program, the Dean Professor Holger Haldenwang of Business School emphasized that the purpose of internship program is to help students to understand the basic structure of an enterprise, learn the process of enterprise operation, and how various departments communicate and cooperate with each other. In addition, through the internship, students can also learn the cutting-edge technology and operating model of business, understand the latest working methods in their fields, and provide a solid plan for future learning and career development.

Teacher in charge of corporate internship, Associate Professor Liu Gang patiently introduced the key points of the internship, the procedures and documents to be completed, and other important matters. Associate Professor Liu Gang suggested that students should consciously explore and understand themselves in the process of internship, and prepare in advance in terms of knowledge, ability, etiquette, experience, planning and other aspects, only with an attitude of being responsible for themselves and the future can they stand out in the severe employment situation. At the opening ceremony meeting, the students actively spoke, full of expectations and hopes for the corporate internship.

Teacher in charge of corporate internship training, Associate Professor Jack Woo introduced the focus and content of the entire corporate internship training program, and shared a video to explain the problems and challenges that interns may face during the internship. The college has strengthened the professional training work before the internship, hoping that the students will have a full understanding of the needs of the enterprise before the internship, and adjust the internship plan in time, in line with the professional development direction, so that the internship has consistency, effectively improve the overall internship quality, and maximize the results of the internship.
