In the morning of December 4th, invited by Jack WOO, Associate Professor, several corporate executives talked freely with our third-year students about the talent market and career planning through Tencent Meeting. After the meeting, the students gave positive feedback that they benefited a lot, and they had more confidence in their future career development and blueprint.

During the meeting, Mr. Florian Weihard emphasized the global delivery model from Suzhou, and hoped that our international business students would join Ruhlamat to accelerate the development of Ruhlamat's global business footprints through international trade and global perspective.

Newcomers need to fully consider important elements such as personal interests, corporate culture, and industry development prospects in the process of choosing a job. Finally, Mr. Barry Ding also shared the opportunities and challenges of career development at home and abroad.
