On May 13, 2023, the 1st International Hybrid Virtual Mobility for All: Teaching and Learning in a Connected World, hosted by the Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Science, was successfully held. Scholars and students from 20+ countries shared and discussed around the conference theme—Virtual Mobility. Topics are in diverse areas such as the application of virtual tools and technologies in education, the innovative methods and technologies, the impact on the learning process, and how to design effective policies and strategies.

Dr. Hao CHEN, Associate Professor of the Business School, shared her research “Gamification in the eLearning”. She started with what is gamification and continued to introduce her findings in games and gamification in education, gamification in business education, and the methods used at Shenzhen Technology University Business School, and implications for educators and practitioners. The participants discussed with her on various aspects of gamification such as design ideas, student feedback, etc.
