On 30 May 2026, AI Tinkerers Hong Kong & Greater Bay Area, visited SZTU Business School to knowledge share with students, focussing on AI in Industry. AI Tinkerers are acurated community spanning 223 global cities, connecting top-tier AI builders. Their vision for HK and GBA includes facilitating intellectual exchange on AI within the region, providing networking opportunities andencouraging sustainable innovation through responsible AI usage. The talk was led by Dr Long Yanan, a machine learning researcher and data scientist and attended by Prof Hak Yeung, Lutz Philip Hecker and Li Yanfei and students. Dr Long earns his PhD from the University of Chicago and runs his own AI lab in Shenzhen. Interested students were able to further engage with AI Tinkerers at the end of the formal talk.
