The 2025 International Conference on Intelligent Optimization and Big Data Management was held at Wuhan Business School from June 26-28. The conference was selected for the "International Academic Conference Cultivation Special Project" by the Hubei Provincial Association for Science and Technology and was co-organized by institutions including the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI). The event attracted over 100 experts and scholars from universities and research institutions in more than 20 countries to discuss cutting-edge issues in fields such as intelligent optimization and big data management.
On June 27, a team led by supervisor Associate ProfessorRegina Fang-Ying Lin from the Business School (Deputy Director and Head of the Center for Circular Economy Research) attended the conference, where the two undergraduate students presented their research findings as first authors. This provides a reference for academic research in related fields.
