21st November, 30 students from Business School visit Baitai Group Building in Yantian District in Shenzhen. Baitai Group is committed to create high-quality gold products. They retain the traditional characteristics of gold and precious technology with giving the connotation of the new era. Their products are close to people's lives which meet people's needs. During the visit, the students have the honor to visit the gold Buddha statues made by national treasure masters, feeling the concern and attention of the state to an outstanding craftsman. A series of measures combining with gold and micro-carving technology brings people not only the shock on vision but also a mental shock. Close range with the master's works has given us a new understanding of traditional gold products and a deeper learning of gold culture. Gold not only represents wealth, but expresses respect to culture.
Under the leadership of the staff of Baitai group, students visit the gold related instruments, processing process, mold making, design office and testing laboratory. They introduced the gold manufacturing technique, product types and tested technology in detail for us, students listened and recorded the explanation carefully.
Every worker in the factory was so absorbed which left a deep impression on us. Their whole heart was placed on the ring and the bead, and all kinds of complex operations were finished fluently. The spirit of craftsmen has been embodied in them fully.
During this visit, we fell the production and operation of Baitai Group closely, know series of manufacturing process, assembly process, and understand the importance of CAM in improving the manufacturing efficiency. During the visit, the students put the theory into practice, they know what is real process manufacturing, mass customization and the technologies to reduce costs.
Unconsciously, this visit has entered the end, all of us are full of harvest, even not enough! Let's look forward to the next event.
