At Friday afternoon 26. Sept 15.00 – 17.30 as part of International Week, the Business School invited 12 foreign business management professors to an informal meeting with SZTU BS professors to discuss possible collaborations.

After a brief round of personal introductions and presentations of their respective research areas, small groups formed to explore joint approaches to cooperation in detailed, interesting, and fruitful discussions.

As a preliminary interim result, it can be noted that several joint research projects could emerge, particularly in the areas of finance and marketing, but also in the environment.

In any case, the lively discussions and the exchange of WeChat and email accounts showed that getting to know each other personally was already a major asset of this meeting.

The participants were unanimously enthusiastic about the organization and implementation of this idea and wished this could happen again.
