Dr. Daniel earned his PhD in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Wales, Cardiff, United Kingdom. As a qualified lawyer, he possesses extensive expertise in international dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation within the domains of banking, corporate contracts, and intellectual property. With a strong technological background, particularly in telecommunications and information technology, he has held positions in various international enterprises across China, the UK, and other parts of the world.

For over a decade, Dr. Daniel has been a lecturer in Business, Management, and Law in both China and the UK. He has successfully mentored and supervised numerous Master's and PhD students, providing guidance on their final projects and dissertations.

Additionally, he has worked as a consultant, offering valuable insights in the realms of legal and strategic management. His research interests encompass Intellectual Property, as well as the application of AI in business and management decision-making.
