Introduction
The 25th China International Hi-Tech Fair (referred to as "Hi-Tech Fair") was held in Shenzhen from November 15th to 19th 2023. In order to enhance students' understanding of new technologies and trends in the era of science and technology, on November 16th, 2023, the Business School organized students from the course "New Technologies and New Trends” to visit the Futian Convention and Exhibition Center for the exhibition on November 16th, 2023.

About the Exhibition
The total exhibition area of this year's Hi-Tech Fair is 500,000 square meters. There are 2,731 exhibitors participating the Futian exhibition area in the physical exhibition, showcasing a total of 7,394 projects for exhibition and trade. 307 new products and 116 new technologies are exhibited as new products, covering areas such as artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, 5G commercialization, Internet of Things, high-end chips, big data and cloud computing, information security, energy conservation and environmental protection, smart cities, new displays, and digital healthcare. A total of 40 countries and international organizations, as well as 159 groups, participated in this year's Hi-Tech Fair, including 72 overseas groups. 33 provincial and municipal exhibition groups from Tianjin, Shandong, Guangdong, and others, as well as 26 university groups from Tsinghua University, Peking University, and others, carefully organized the exhibition of numerous scientific research achievements. A total of 152,000 visitors attended the conference on-site. There were 2,993 signed contracts and intentions with a total transaction value of 10.5 billion yuan.

Feedback from the students
This year's Hi-Tech Fair can be described as a technology feast, with various cutting-edge technology products and innovative technologies that are overwhelming. I deeply feel the vitality and strength of China's scientific and technological innovation. In particular, the displays in the fields of artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and new energy left a deep impression on me, making me full of hope for the future. At the same time, the Hi-Tech Fair also demonstrated the competitiveness of Chinese companies on the international stage. Many Chinese technology companies have shown world-class innovation capabilities and influence. Attending this year's China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) has given me a profound appreciation for the rapid development and innovative capabilities of China's technology industry. Visiting the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) has filled me with anticipation for the future of technological development. Conclusion
The successful hosting of this year's China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) has not only showcased the achievements and capabilities of China's technological innovation but also provided an important platform for promoting domestic and international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation. CIFTIS will further drive the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial development, facilitate the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and contribute to the high-quality development of the Chinese economy.
We believe that through events like CIFTIS, China will continue to play an important role on the global stage of technological innovation and make greater contributions to building a smart new era in the future.
