On December 28, 2024, the "Scotland New Year Ceilidh" hosted by the Edinburgh University Shenzhen Alumni Association was successfully held. During the event, Professor Wang Qian, deputy director of the Marketing program at business school, was awarded theRising Star Alumni Awardat the "2024 Edinburgh University Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Outstanding Alumni Awards" held at the ball.

Professor Wang Qian has been honored with the University of Edinburgh's Emerging Alumni Award, which is not only a personal achievement but also a source of pride for business school. Our business school will continue to promote the development of our teaching staff and continuously improve the quality of teaching and academic standards.
