In order to thoroughly implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee, the State Council, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Government on comprehensively deepening the reform of the construction of the new era of the teaching team, further strengthen and improve the construction of the new era of teacher ethics, enhance the professional ethics of our Business School teachers and promote the healthy development of education and teaching, combined with the actual situation of our Business School, we held the signing ceremony of the Teaching Ethics and Quality Code on the afternoon of October 12th. This event is an important part of the 2021 Teacher Ethics Education Month in the Business School of Shenzhen Technology University.

Dean of the Business School, Professor Holger Haldenwang

First of all, the Dean, Professor Holger Haldenwang, introduced the content of the Teaching Quality Code Responsibilities and Teaching Ethics Responsibilities. He emphasized that our school is a high-level applied business school. The faculty and staff need to closely integrate the development theme of industry-education integration in teaching activities, pay attention to high-quality curriculum content, and carry out practical activities such as applied research and enterprise cooperation. Improving teaching quality is supposed to focus on project-oriented modern teaching methods and improve teaching quality in multiple ways. At the same time, the college will provide a solid guarantee for the quality of teaching and the preparation of students for employment.

Professor Li Jie gave an introduction on "Inheriting the Spirit of Teachers, establishing a Role Model of Teacher Ethic", using Assistant Professor Ding Zhuoqi as an advanced example of teacher ethics, calling on teachers to learn from Assistant Professor Ding to keep her mission in mind, stick to her original intention, and learn from her to spread positive energy, devote herself to teaching, research and innovation in the work of the class teacher.
