Due to COVID-19 outbreak, Prof. Nebojša Radojević is not able to conduct face-to-face communication to prospective students. Instead, he took a video to briefly introduce Business School's International Business major. Welcome to click it below for more details.

Faculty Introduction

Prof. Dr. Nebojša Radojević has accumulated more than 20 years of professional experience in Europe and North America where he was serving as manager, project manager and management consultant at companies such as Bombardier (Canada), Computer Sciences Corporation (USA) and Volkswagen (Germany) as well as for higher levels of government in Germany, Cyprus and Serbia. He has teaching experience in general business administration, international business, innovation management, strategy and project management. The dominant theme of his past research has been the link between innovation and strategy in international context, primarily in the form of the recent concept of reverse innovation. Within the same thematic frame, his ongoing research projects focus on strategic choices regarding the innovation process as a function of entrepreneurs' individual characteristics, respectively of legal origins of corporate governance paradigms.

Nebojša holds a PhD degree in Business Administration with specialization in International Business (University of Montreal, Canada), master's degrees in Business Administration (MBA, University of Montreal) and Computer Science (Dresden University of Technology, Germany) as well as professional credentials in project and program management (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP).
