根据《深圳技术大学普通高等教育本科生学籍管理规定（修订）》的相关规定及教务部工作安排，2022-2023学年度商学院2022级学生本科辅修工作安排如下：

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status of General Higher Education of Shenzhen Technology University (Revised) and the work arrangement of Registry, work arrangement of Business School in 2022-2023 academic year for 2022cohort undergraduate minor major students is as follows:

一、申请要求 Application Requirements

1.在校学生学有余力，必修课程合格且未受过处分的，在修读主修专业的同时，可申请修读另一专业的辅修。

2.学生在校期间，只允许申请修读一个专业作为辅修专业。学生所选辅修专业代码要与本人主修专业代码不相同。

3. 申请时间：6月2日至6月8日17:00。学生向所在学院提交《深圳技术大学本科生辅修专业申请表》（见附件2），并在教务系统进行网上报名操作。逾期申请，学院不予受理。

4.教务系统报名操作指引：学生登陆教务系统，在“我的桌面”—“文档管理”中可查看各学院辅修专业培养方案和接收计划。在“培养管理”—“辅双管理”—“辅双报名”菜单进行辅修报名。

1. Students who have enough spare time, pass the required courses and have not received any punishment can apply for a minor in another major according to their own interests while studying their major.

2. Students are only allowed to apply for one major as a minor. The code of the minor major should be different from the code of the major.

3. Application time: 2-8 June 17:00 pm. Student shall submit SZTU Minor Major Application Form (see attachment 2) to their own colleges and submit application in Registry system within the prescribed time. After the deadline, the application will not be accepted.

4. Instruction for Registry system operation: Students log in to the system and view the training programs and acceptance plans of minor majors in "My Desktop" - "Document Management". Apply for minor courses in the menu of "Training Management" -- "Supplementary and dual Management" -- "Supplementary and dual Registration".

按《深圳技术大学普通高等教育本科生学籍管理规定（试行）》的相关规定，学生在第二学期向双方学院提出申请。学生所在学院对学生的申请资格进行审查；申请修读的辅修专业所在学院根据学院情况对学生修读资格进行审核，并予以公示后，将经审核批准的学生名单报教务部备案。

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Undergraduate Student Status of General Higher Education of Shenzhen Technology University (Revised), students shall apply to both colleges in the second semester. College where students are studying shall examine the application qualification of the student; College where students’ minor majors are applied for study shall, according to the college situation, review the qualifications of the students and publicize them, and submit the list of approved students to the Registry for record.

1.学院官网可查看申请辅修专业学生的拟录取公示结果。

2.学生可在教务系统中查看2022级各专业的辅修课程，系统路径：“教务系统——我的桌面——文档管理”。

3.申请辅修的学生需按辅修培养方案进行修读，辅修专业不接收学分认定和课程替换。

4.专业辅修课程列表与学分要求详见附件（专业培养方案-附表4：专业辅修课程一览表）

1. Official expected enrollment outcome for 2022 cohort minor major application will be published in the Business School website.

2. Students can check the minor major courses of each major in Registry system, the system path is "Teaching Affairs system -- my desktop -- document management".

3. Students who apply for the minor should study according to the minor cultivation program, and the minor major does not accept credit recognition and course replacement.
