Abstract:
In March 2021, the resolution of the "Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China and the Long-Range Objectives for 2035" was issued, which specially set up a chapter on "accelerating digital development and building a digital China", and made clear arrangements for accelerating the construction of digital economy, digital society, digital government, and creating a good digital ecology. Energy is the foundation of human social development, and the combustion of fossil energy is also the main source of carbon dioxide. To achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, we must promote the revolution of new energy applications. Energy storage is an important part and key support for high-proportion new energy systems, smart microgrids, and "Internet +" smart energy, and is the core force of a new round of energy transformation. This lecture will systematically introduce the development prospect and technology application of energy storage industry, assist in typical case analysis, and intersperse industry analysis and research methods. Through this lecture, students will be familiar with the relevant knowledge of the energy storage industry, understand the framework research methods of specific industries, and provide reference for future employment and entrepreneurship.
