Recently, Dr. Chen Leqin, Director of Finance Innovation and Fintech Research center from Business School visited and held in depth discussions at the Shenzhen branch of East Money Information Co., Ltd.

East Money was established in 2005 and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010. Its market value exceeded 100 billion yuan in 2015. East Money Shenzhen Branch was established in 2017 and is responsible for the capital market business of the entire Shenzhen region. Director Chen's visit was warmly received by Liu Bing, the general manager of the Shenzhen branch, Gai WenWen, the contact person for the education business of the headquarters and Manager Li Na. Both sides discussed extensively about the current economic situations, employment trends for college students, and the application of technology development in the financial field.

During the meeting, East Money Shenzhen Branch tentatively expressed intentions to cooperate with Shenzhen Technology University. The current areas of cooperation between the two sides are focused on investment-oriented training courses, promoting financial investment knowledge, and providing internships and employment positions for Shenzhen Technology University. In the future, Director Chen will continue to follow up on the cooperation with East Money.
