郭瑾现任深圳技术大学(SZTU)市场营销助理教授,她拥有英国诺森比亚大学市场营销博士学位。在加入深圳技术大学之前,她曾在英国林肯大学担任讲师和研究员,并在英国考文垂大学和肯特大学担任客座讲师.
她的研究兴趣包括消费者行为、数字营销、可持续消费者行为、人工智能和组织文化创新。她在各种期刊和学术出版物上发表过自己的研究成果,并在许多国际会议和特邀(嘉宾)会议上发表成果。
她积极参与各类研究项目,包括主持英国UKRI资助的知识转移合作伙伴项目。该项目侧重于通过弥合学术界与产业界之间的差距,促进文化转型,实现可持续发展。
